By using Adapta you fully accept these Terms of Service and the Privacy Policy. If you do not accept, you may not use the service.
Adapta is a personal training diary for runners. It enables you to log training sessions, monitor recovery, and follow algorithmically generated training plans based on user-entered parameters.
Adapta is NOT a medical device, NOT a professional coaching service, and does NOT provide medical or sports advice.
Training plans generated by the application are guidance tools based on user self-reported parameters. Before starting any training programme, especially with pre-existing health conditions, you must consult a doctor and/or qualified fitness professional.
The owner accepts no liability for injuries, health damage, or other consequences arising from use of the plans generated by the application.

To the extent permitted by applicable law, the owner is not responsible for direct, indirect, incidental, consequential, or special damages arising from use or inability to use the service. The service is provided "as is" without warranties of continuity, accuracy, or fitness for a specific purpose.
The owner endeavours to ensure service availability but provides no uptime guarantees. The service may be suspended or interrupted for maintenance, updates, or exceptional circumstances without notice.
Users may delete their account at any time from the Profile section. Deletion is irreversible and results in permanent removal of all associated data. The owner reserves the right to suspend or delete accounts that violate these terms.
The owner reserves the right to modify these terms. Material changes will be communicated with at least 15 days' notice. Continued use of the service after that period constitutes acceptance of the changes.
These terms are governed by Italian law. For any dispute, the competent court is the court of the user-consumer's place of residence or domicile, pursuant to the Italian Consumer Code (Legislative Decree 206/2005).
